Volcanoes

What is volcano?

A volcano is a rupture in the crust of a planetary-mass object, such as Earth, that allows hot lava, volcanic ash, and gases to escape from a magma chamber below the surface.

Reflection

1. Which concept on the topic did you find easy to understand? What made them interesting?

The topic which I find easy to understand is about volcanoes because I can know and learn about volcanoes which there's more information about volcanoes in our science book plus when our science teacher discussed about volcanoes. I think that what made volcanoes interesting is what happen when volcanoes erupt and its compostion.

2. What were your personal discoveries or learnings while studying the topic?

My personal discoveries and learnings is that there are three types of volcanoes and volcanoes are important in maintaining earth's thermal balance of earth's system.
